On 02 Jan 2020 I bought a washing machine cash from Lewis Stores Koffiefontein branch. Same is not functioning since Sept 2020. I have reported this to them since and the last visit to the store was on 5 Jan 2021, but still the machine hasn't been collected for repairs.
