Poor service

I habe an account with Lewis as i took a very beautiful washing machine now i have to start paying for my washing machine today and guess what i am in the Eastern cape so i went to a Lewis store that is at Elliotdale to pay..i was told that the EFT machine is offline so who's fault it is coz i am now going to miss my first payment..
