POOR SERVICE

I was listed by lewis 2 year ago because someone submitted ********** documents in my name. I was issued with a victim letter and all but now i need to remove the listing permanently and im struggling with lewis. SAFPS referred me back to Lewis and im not getting any help ive been calling from friday and ive been transferred from one person to the next without any help. i sent an email on Saturday to customer service and to Claudine from ***** and still has not gotten any feedback called to today and was advised they dont know when ***** will get back to me. I NEED THIS LISTING REMOVED ASAP CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GET BACK TO ME
