Poor service

I bought goods for my day in Sept 2014, first there were delays with delivery, then the cupboard door broke a few days after delivery in Oct. I have made calls to the store and even went there twice to complain. The manager promised to have the cupboard repaired, but to date nothing has happened. She promised to call me on several occasions but I have not received a single call from her. I contacted the store on sat 07 March 15 and was informed that they can't go if there's no delivery close to my area.
