Poor service

What a poor service I have experience at this store in Thohoyandou !On the 24 /12/18 :8:38 I was at this store to buy a kitchen units. I was assisted by the lady ,her name is Madega Emelda .I asked if they can deliver same day because the following day was Christmas day and they will be no one at home from the 26th because we are staying in Jhb so the lady went to ask and she promised that they will definitely deliver because I came early .I made payment with transport costs . At around 3pm same day when I call Emelda she wasn't answer my calls anymore but I kept trying till she anewers.She put me through to her manager who wasn't even sure what was my problem .I then explained .He promised to call me back till today . I have sms Emelda to say I am cancelling the order because they will be no one at home to receive the unit on my behalf. No one rep****. I am still waiting for my refund even today !No one is communicating with me so please help me to get my money back . I do have the proof of payment /slip to show that I have paid .
