Poor servces and lack of management skills

i opened my account with Lewis store November last year at pretorius street, now that store is closed and my account has been transferred to 300 paul kruger street together with my account number,<br> <br> yesterday at 15:59:22 i deposited R1000 into my Lewis account *** reference *** and called the store to confirm the payment i was told i used WRONG reference number i was supposed to use new reference number that i was only given today by very rude store manager of 300 paul kruger street,<br> <br> she told me is their problem that head did not let me know of the change of my account to 0*** which is at their store, she told me i must go reverse it where was going to cost me R225 to do so,<br> <br> she was very rude and unprofessional, i called head office my self with call reference524687 and i was told they will allocate this payment tomorrow and i will then get call from account department<br> <br> i will never buy anything from lewis or refer anyone to this store, BAD SERVICE FROM MANAGER? ARE YOU FOR REAL OR WHAT?<br> <br> NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE OR EVEN GO CLOSE TO IT POOR SERVICE VERY BAD BAD BAD SERVICE
