poor repairs to gt a warranty expired

My mom bought a tumble dryer some time back but anyways 1 day while using it the dryer caught alight and started burning I took dryer nd soved it out the back door grabbed the hose nd put out the fire. This was now all before the winter started. The matter was reported imediately coz we are thinking of the rainy season to dry washing seeing that the dryer is still so to say new! Lewis stores never came to look at the dryer nd it was now collecting dust. After foning the store oVer nd over again they sent out a vehicle after months of waiting to come nd tell us they will be collecting the dryer wich still did not happen. Dryer was still in the house waiting to be uplifted. So the call comes that the technition will be coming nd geuss wot he neva came! The eventually had the dryer picked up last month with no paperwok for upliftment nothing nd no word from Lewis stores Kraaifontein their head office or any1 else! Problem is my mom had an operation on her spinal cord nd instead of resting she's stressing coz evry month Lewis fones to remind my mom of payment but yet her washing piles up nd she is the 1 paying for sumthing she does not have nd pays the price of luxury from a bad store
