Poor Repair

I made a complaint on 1 Dec 2023 regarding our new "defective" couches. Lewis Stores indeed collected them for repairs. However, I should say that the repair was very poor. I don't know what wood or whatever was used to lift the holes in the couch. We cannot even sit on it anymore because of the irritating squeaky sound it makes. We even go as far as asking visitors to take a different seat, imagine!

I am so tired of Lewis because we have been to the store so many times regarding these couches, before we resorted to Hello Peter, and were hoping the repair would be the end of our unending quarrel. I am honestly in awe of this ongoing terrible service; I am not sure if it's poor on purpose because the store is located in a black community?
