Poor quality wardrobes

In less than 6 months I bought wardrobes from Lewis store kwamashu. I was told that I would get the wardrobes in a couple of days. It took more than one month to get the wardrobes. I was given different wardrobes than what I had initially agreed on. I was told that they would need to manufactured. How do you sell something that is not manufactured.I was eventually given wardrobes that I didn't agree to. It's been less than 4 months but already the wardrobes are broken. The frustrating part is that I still need to pay for them for the next three years. By the looks of things in 6 months time they will be non existent. I reached out to ask for help from the customer service team and was told that they would send someone to check them on Monday the 12th of August with no success. I am so frustrated and am highly disappointed by Lewis store. All I want are proper wardrobes that I signed and agreed to. Please help
