Poor quality products and poor service

I bought a TV at Lewis in Vosloorus and I have been returning it back to the shop for the third time now. Instead of giving me another TV they keep sending it for repairs and always has the same problem after a few months. Now they want to bring it back to me again. Got no response from the head office. They promise quality products but they sell you damaged goods. I spend money to go deliver and fetch the TV from them. I paid them in full and don't want that messed up TV ever again!!!!

I got my new TV and the service that I got from Sadia who's in customer services was out of this world. She made me feel like I was the only customer. Thank you so much for all your help and care, we need people like you :) :) thank u Lewis..
