Poor quality products

I would like to express my disappointment regarding your product. Approximately one year ago, I raised a complaint concerning a bed that my father purchased from your company, which exhibited poor quality. Regrettably, not even a year has elapsed, and the bed now has springs protruding from the corners. I would appreciate your assistance in facilitating the cancellation of this contract on behalf of my father, as I have his consent to represent him in this matter. Please arrange for the collection of the defective bed, as we intend to seek assistance from another company. Additionally, I feel compelled to share my experience through a review to highlight the issues we have encountered, particularly in relation to the treatment of elderly customers.
