Poor Quality of Goods at Lewis Roodepoort
<p>Since i bought the Dining room suits for +R17000 last year at Lewis Roodepoort within a month the Sofas where no longer comftable as if it has been used for 10 years i called Lewis Roodepoort and the manger there does not even care about her customer it took them 2 months to come and have a look at the problems, is not even a year and the sofs has been fixed 3 times and the manager said i can take her whereever i want that is how poor their services is. Even the quality of small furniture store is way better than Lewis</p>

my mother got a call from Roodeport store that we can come and choose another lunch suit, we will go there when we get time during this week, and we just hope that we wont expirience the same problems we did and also is same amout as the ones we have

Thank you Lewis for your quik response, Lewis will replace my mother"s lounge suit and give us the new ones so now we are in a process of selecting the ones that we want. our matter is been resolved and so far we happy with the results. Thank you eatleast now my mother is satisfied and im also sertisfied
