Poor quality kitchen cupboards/ installation gone wrong
Dear Lewis
I am so disappointed with Lewis Store - branch 468 Newcastle Allen. I bought a Grande MK2 Black kitchen cupboards there on the 24th of December 2020. For installation, Mpume Nxumalo brought two amateurs who works for Bears and advised that they had not installed these cupboards before. They came home so late so I had to take them to their places at half past 10 at night. At this stage we are stuck with the damaged and scratched cupboards which I bought for my mom. Would you kindly resolve this issue urgently or come fetch your damaged goods are refund me my money.

I would like to express my gratitude and satisfaction with the high level of service you delivered when handling my issue with. I am so happy with the new kitchen units and the manner they are installed now.
I assure you that I will be coming back to Lewis to purchase more goods soon and I would recommend it any day to anyone . Your products are good quality so I can safely confirm that the cupboards I purchased are good quality, the issue was the installation.
We have always used Lewis cupboards at home and when I replaced the old ones, we could pass the old one to our neighbour who did not have any. she was over the moon to have them as it is proper wood that you rarely find anywhere.

Also would like to thank Mpume Nxumalo for the resolution, frequent updates on the progress and being able to calm me down when I was fuming. Your service is phenomenal!
