Poor quality Grafton Everest leather couches from Lewis Taung

I bought two sets of Grafton Everest leather couches from Lewis in Taung,.The first couches were bought in December 2019 and another set for my second lounge was bought in November 2020, both set of couches were bought cash.both the Couches are peeling off from back and arm rests from 2024. I reported the issue to the manager in Taung Lewis last year and she told me that cash purchases are given only one year guarantee and that there's nothing she can do. When I purchased the couches I was told that Grafton Everest is the best quality leather yet they cannot last for five years. According to Lewis, must I replace the couches every five years because they sell poor Grafton Everest leather couches . All I want is for Lewis Taung to take accountability of their poor quality defective couches and repair them. What kind of leather couches are these that cannot last for five years yet I was told of it's top quality and durability. Lewis repair your poor quality couches please
