Poor Quality furniture

Firstly i am disappointed with the quality of the fridge, i have pictures to show as a proof it broke inside while i was still paying it, i reported the issue and i was told that the insurance repair only technician not the cracks, secondly they say that if you have an account with them they’ll call you even if you are not interested on purchasing something else and it’s annoying.
