poor quality couches and lack of accountability

Lewis store are day light ******s who sell poor quality Grafton Everest couches, i complained about these couches that they are peeling off and i was told that they will look into the matter and they even requested pictures. Today , after a month i get a feedback from Lewis that they cannot assist me because their one year guarantee has passed. My point is not the one year guarantee, it is the quality of the couches that was sold to me with false pretense that they will last for long but they could not even reach five years already they were peeling off. Lewis must tell me about the quality this name (Grafton Everest) carry because i bought these couches because of the reputation and quality behind it. Lewis did you sell me **** and low standard couches with **** name from Grafton Everest or ruining its brand. South Africans i encourage you to never buy from Lewis because they cannot they sell **** brands with no accountability for the products. I regret ever entering Lewis store, never will i do business with these ******s that sell **** and poor quality products hiding behind brand names.
