Poor quality, awful!
I bought L shaped couches worth 13k in late November 2019. Its not even a year and they starting to lose shape. We can hear the springs inside grinding. One of the legs is pushed inside the couch itself. We kind of expected the poor quality of Lewis products but we hoped for them to last at least 3-4 years. What a waste.

What impressed me most was the care and urgency shown to me by the store manager, especially during these tricky times of covid19. The product was replaced and I am happy.
