Poor quality and service and at a high price

<p>My dad bought couches at Lewi's furniture store in Mamelodi Crossing about 5/6months back only 3months of having the couches they started sinking in like they were about 5years old already. We reported the couches to the store and they promised to vome within a month,we waited patiently but still nothing until my dad went back to the store after 2months of waiting n gave them a little piece of his mind they eventually came to fetch the couches for repairs. It's been a week now since the couches have been back and I must say more ******* was done to these couches cos now the couches make sounds as if they springs are old and rusted and it sounds and feels like you sitting on plastic bags stuffed in the seats to make it look portable. really disappointed by the type of nonsense Lewi's is selling to it's clients and mind you these couches cost +/- R9 000</p> <p> </p>
