Poor qaulity furniture from Lewis Stores

I bought a nevada lounge suite at Lewis stores moot str Hercules Pretoria. Two months after the purchase the lounge suite is pulling loose and the seats fall in when you sit on them, you actually feel the wood when you sit down. I have lodged a complaint and had to call them back every single day last week someone came to see the faults and responded that it would only be repaired. This is highly unfair i paid just over R10000 for this and after the now 3 months i dont have a decent lounge suite and i am really strugling to get them just to give me something else of value. I cannot believe this they are more than happy to take your money but when the furniture is bad qaulity they dont want to assist you accordingly. I mean this lounge suite is not 2 or 3 years old its only now 2 months and 2 weeks and already is falling apart with no one to come to assistance.
