Poor customer services

I went to Lewis store Sasolburg about 3 months ago complaining about legs of the base that a broken the lady who assist me promise to send someone to come and check the bed

Till today nothing has happened,, I phoned yesterday asking about my complain the lady who picked up the phone I believe she is the same person that I laid a complaint to she was not friendly she talk to me as if I'm her child and hanged up the phone in my ears even before I finish talking

I pay the insurance every month so I'm expecting to get the service I deserve

And it's not for the first time I am experiencing such problem with that store. First it was their store manager George.

Their head office should send their stuff for customer service training because clearly they don't know how to deal with customers.

Or hire people that can work with Customers and love their job.
