Poor customer services

Yesterday I was called by someone from so called Lewis head office, I told him I'm going to pay 3 accounts that I am paying for my parents month end. Today I am called by the lady called Festena 2hours apart I'm now called by this number *** and the attitude of the lady is on another level. I would like to know that if I told the first person who called me the date I would make a payment, then they keep on calling what's that all about? To they want to increase the bill or what?
