Poor customer service , unreliable, unprofessional, lack of respect for customers

I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and not being taken serious by staff it’s been almost three months now we reported the washing machine not working properly , my wife reported firstly late last year, she phoned again early February they kept on promising to come check the washing machine , until I also made a follow up on 16 Feb , they again promised to come today is 22 Feb. 21, nothing is happening – the staff member sounded not focused and not serious. He kept on quoting my old address despite us giving the new address several times in the past.
