Poor customer service. Pretoria branch central

Good morning. Am very disappointed on the service I received. I sent my application on Saturday got approved, then I was promised that my order will be sent on same day,however it was late I did understand. They promised me that my order will be sent on Monday, still nothing, they called me Monday late to tell my order will be sent on Tuesday, still nothing. Today its Wednesday already.

Is this type of service do you give to your clients,please train your staff to be more professional and act with a good integrity. Can I please get my order today or I will have to take an action against this matter.i don't need your automatic email response, I need my order to be delivered, I have paid my deposit. But why this nonsense.
