Poor customer service Lewis Phuthaditjhaba Setsing

I'm not happy with the customer service I received today at Lewis Phuthaditjhaba Setsing. I went there to pay for an account I found one cashier at the service desk she was on the call she acknowledged me and directed me to sit down as she was still busy on the call. I waited approximately 5 minutes waiting for her to finish the call apparently she was on the call for personal reasons because I could hear the conversation from where I was sitting. The second cashier came from the back she literally saw me sitting there but she didn't bother instead she called her other colleague to offer her g****s and they continued with their conversations as if there is no customer they have to attend. I just stand up and left the store no one bothered to asked me that I have been assisted or not. The sad part is that I was the only customer inside the store and I was on lunch by that time.
