Poor customer service from Moruleng Mall Lewis Store

I bought a Kelvinator Twin Tub Washing Machine on the 02.07.2019, it has giving me problems so I reported it on the month of November 2019, the manager instructed that they will send the technician. Which has never happened. We called the store but recieved very poor service as they have transferred our calls and no help. We are still waiting.
