Poor Customer service from Lewis and Best Electric.

Good day I would like to lay a complaint about Lewis Kempton Park and Best Electric. I left both stores without making a payment because of their service. I went at Lewis, and they ask a lady working there to take me next door which is Best electric with no explanation. When we got a Best electric I was seated in front of a lady who was busy on her personal call for a good 3 minutes after she was done with a call. She told me she can’t help because she is capturing and why did Lewis sent me to them. And best electric had no customers all 4 ladies where busy with their phone and as a customer I left without being attended customer number 002295. This happened yesterday 11/02/2025.
