Poor customer service from head office

Asiphenathi the poor customer service, the guy is rude and he said I am complaining but I didn't pay the full installment. So I must have poor service because I didn't pay full installment? My father and uncle are in hospital for heaven sake and I reported that. The audacity of the guy saying he's head office, so we must receive poor service from head office? And their wardrobes are falling apart
