Poor customer service

I am very angry with the service of Lewis furniture store in kuilsriver the manager is noshalant doesn't care at all I had ask them to cancel my contract due to my unhappiness with the service I got he tells me he will get back to me and never do I reported the matter also to they had office till today I have not yet received feedback from them I am within my right to cancel this contract as the products was sent back in January. Yesterday ye said the contract is canceled and will email the proof which I am still waiting for. I called the store and he said to the consultant he will call but he never did Newal is his name they good and quick to deduct yet they very poor in meeting customer needs
