Poor customer service

The lady by the name of Carol called regarding my complain on not quoted the master guard for the couch, 😞 wow she first said with master guard doesn't mean the couch will be clean forever. Then later said u didn't get it because ur dad was not qualifying so for the past 7 months of payment they're only telling me now or was I supposed to guess? What a poor customer service I've ever experienced
