Poor customer service

I bought furnitures at Lewis stores with credit and I was told my first installment is on the 1st July 2024, but as of the 19th of June not even a month those furnitures been delivered they are calling neighbors that I didn't pay, my agreement pay date starts of on the 1st July stop embarrassing customers and check what the agreement between the customer is. I'm so ****ed by this service. And the pension dates are always after the 3rd of each month. Don't just be happy to process the sale meet customers needs. When you say I pay on July then start calling neighbors what is that?
