Poor customer service

I'm very much disappointed and cannot believe the poor service I've received from Lewis Stores. I requested for a refund on the 2nd of January 2022 and sent all the requested documents but I still haven't received the refund, what's even worse is I have to call them to follow and no one is willing to tell me why it's taken morethan 2 weeks to release a simple refund that is rightfully due to me. I have been a good paying customer since 2020 but after this poor customer service I will not be buying anything from this store.
