Poor customer service

I have a major problem with Lewis stores I have been retrenched in 2021 and had my account paid in full yet it still reflects on my credit profile I have spoken to a number of managers at the boksburg branch and have been assured the account has been paid up yet they cannot provide a paid up letter and why is it reflecting on my credit profile as a negative and that I still owe I really need this sorted out
