Poor Customer Service by Lewis Greytown store

Bought a bed at Lewis Greytown in October 2023 then after 2 months I noticed that the bed was now uncomfortable and to top it on the side I noticed that the wire was out so mid December I phoned the store to report the matter was told that I can only be assisted in January since factories were closed for December I understood and was promised by the lady that was helping me that once factory opened they phone me not even once I was called I made several follow up by means of phoning everytime I phone the same lady always promise to phone me back till date I haven't been assisted am still with the uncomfortable bed.
