Poor customer service and quality

Lewis stores called me last week and I told them I'll be paying on the 15th. Yet they're still calling me and the accounts holders are not in good health condition. That I explained to them. They never asked us about the quality of their products as it is bad, wardrobe doors are shifting, drawers broken. We're going to pay something that is **** up. Poor quality
