Poor customer service

Yesterday at Lewis Giyani, I received a message that I am qualifying then l send my mother to check for me in store on my behalf. I was doing forex exchange November and December 2023, then l started financial services around my area but to my surprise I was asked to send my bank statement I did yet my mother say the helping agent was told to put R2500.00 on the system while I make way more than that they should have not considered giving me their services at all, why put the amount that differ with my bank statement? What's the use! Why didn't they enter the statement on the system so that it select automatically? I'm so disappointed and l doubt I'll be a happy client
