POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I currently have an account with Lewis, which I am paying on a monthly basis and it is in good standing. I tried getting car finance and was told that I have not paid one of my accounts. I was shocked because I am aware of only one account and it is paid.

I went to credit bureau and was told that I have two Lweis accounts and one is not being paid. I have been sending emails to Lewis but no response, no one is willing to assist and this messing up with my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
