Poor Customer Service
Hi there,
I would like to make a complaint about you Aliwal North Lewis branch.
December 2018 I bought a double Door Kelvinator fridge from Lewis and within months the fridge started making funny loud vibrating sounds.
I reported the matter to your Aliwal North Lewis branch and the manager kept giving me run around excuses that they are short-staffed.
The Fridge is now not working and my maintenance contract is still active but no help is provided.
I’ve lost trust in Lewis and have decided to stop paying the account and you can go fetch your ******* fridge as it is of no use to me anymore.
I honestly do not care if this affects my credit score or not but I’m done BEGGING YOUR EMPLOYEES TO DO THEIR JOB.
The Lewis Manager’s name is Monica and the Customer Complaints guy is Anathi Tom.
