Poor customer service

My name is Ruth Soko I've been complain at Lewis store I've bought a stove in 2019 and now when use it It keep on tripping my main switch box every week they are phoning me telling me the technicians are coming even now I'm still waiting for them, i'm tired of complaing I want new stove since they can't send the technicians I want it with immediate effect because I'm paying my insurance
