Poor Customer Service

I a so sick and tired with Lewis Stores. I settled the debt in January and the store even confirmed that I dont owe them. The guy named George Khanye took it upon himself to send me the statement that shows that I dont owe anything, Thank you George. However on my credit report it was updated that I am in 9 months arrears. How is that even possible? when I have a statement that proves that I dont owe Lewis a cent. I am so angry right now cos my credit score is getting bad. I asked for the settlement letter that shows that I dont owe anything but the process is taking forever. Lewis stores please take us serious, You are now messing with our Financial health and this is just disgusting.
