Poor customer service

My mother bought the fridge at mapobane central at lewis the fridge is giving her problems we called them to come and collect the fridge they came and took the fridge for maintanance,but still they brought back the fridge but the fridge still gives the same problem and the still don't work.we called them to come to take the fridge back so they promised to come and collect the fridge till now it's beens months and my mother still pays the fridge.
