Poor customer service

I brought dining table at Steillop branch in December 2018 and they promised me gift which was kettle and iron but I have never received the gift. On Sunday 22 December 2019 I bought stove and the stove that was delivered doesn't have cable. Yesterday I bought Russel Hobbs 5 piece that includes kettle, microwave, toaster, sausages maker and iron but I didn't get it the kettle.
