Poor customer service

<p>I bought couches at Lewis Newcastle ,before they even turned a year old they are already broken.absolute poor quality!!i am still paying for the couches but every time I call them they say they will come to collect the couches so they can fix them but they never arrive however they never fail to collect the monthly payments.I am so disappointed with their service and I would never recommend them to anyone!!!</p>
