Poor communication and bad service

I took wodrobe and fridge at Lewis store at Nongoma branch I asked them to make arrangements to delivery the fridge in Johannesburg since I work in gauteng.they agreed to do that but till today I haven't received my fridge.poor service and lack of communication and it's 6th day waiting for communication from them .I called the store manager she gave me stories that the Tembisa branch is not available to help with the delivery. I am in the dark I am tired of calling KZN branch all they care about is to make a sale after that life continues. I am not happy with their service. they must tell me if they can't delivery so that I can go somewhere for better services.this is tiring I can emailed customer care centre regarding this matter till no communication from them....do better please
