POOR AND UNFAIR SERVICE

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the reversal of my approved credit application for the amount of R24,000, which I find to be both unfair and unacceptable.

I successfully app**** for credit through your store with the assistance of your consultant, Noriejan, who was exceptionally professional and supportive throughout the process. She kept in constant communication with me, ensured that all my paperwork was completed correctly, and even provided me with a receipt for my deposit. We were in the final stages of confirming my delivery address when, without valid explanation, my approved application was suddenly retracted.

I was informed that the store manager decided to stop my application, requesting paid-up letters for an account that no longer exists on my profile. This is confusing and concerning, as the system had already approved my application after completing all required checks. It seems unreasonable that a manual decision would override a verified system approval without clear justification or communication.

I respectfully request that my account be reinstated immediately or that a full written explanation be provided as to why the approval was withdrawn after confirmation. I also expect a formal investigation into how this decision was made and assurance that such inconsistencies will not happen again.

Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and advise me on the next steps to resolve this matter promptly.
