Please stay away from Lewis store whatever they promise is a lie

We bought a lounge suite last year August we were delivered damaged goods we were told by the delivery guy that we must just take pictures and right on the delivery slip and they will come and exchange as the bakkie was still full of other deliveries that they had to do.They left August 2021 it is now a year later August 2022 they have change managers 3 times already the last lady I spoke to a week ago even told me my guarantee is up after they were the ones keeping us in the loop.We finish paying off the couches already the stories keep changing when you get there .You must see the promises on the wall they waste your time .They told us they don't have the same furniture we than have to come and choose something else now it's no she has to speak to her other manager .And so they keep making us go to their store up and down like idiots but with no results.
