PLEASE NEVER PURCHASE FROM LEWIS, WILL BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER !!!!!!!!

I am extremely upset with Lewis Roodepoort, as I bought numerous products from them that is costing me a lot of money per month, and one of them is a TV, The TV started giving problems and went in for repairs, it has been almost a year now with back and forth repairs taking up to 3 weeks to collect the tv and then another 3 weeks to deliver the tv back to me, with the last repair they actually damaged the tv and since I logged the complaint and insisted on a new tv, it has been a massive struggle to get a new tv with back and forth lies from their side, people not even getting back to me and every time I phone they have different excuses every single time, but when you pay your account short with R5.00 they are very fast sending you a letter of demand. This is very unexpectable and I am so fed up !!!!!!!!! I will NEVER NEVER NEVER Recommend buying anything from Lewis ever. in my opinion they can close down because they are ridiculous and a JOKE !!!!!!!!!! SO unprofessional.
