please hdlp

l want to report lewis store l bought a bad May 21 l paid in cash ,after two months bad give me problems l went there to complain since the bad is till having 2 years guarantee they promise to change the bad till now, now l cant use the bad lm sleeping on the floor and my body is painful the springs are out and they are not helping me ,please help. I'm tired of complaining to them l went to the shop more that 3 times ,nothing has done. My name is Nokuzolz Ndamse I'd number ***, At least they must refund me so that l can ho and buy another bad somewhere they refused to pay back my money.
