Bad service from branch manager plus staff in stores, they are rude and will go on lunch while you there trying to make payment arrangements, they will make you sit for 3 hours. I have proof that they speak in another languages and how they behave, I have been at store after Covid-19 for loss of income and insurance don't pay out what so ever. Please guys be careful and avoid their insurance policies they make you sign. My couches was almost paid and its back to same price the day I Purchased. Its a joke and have proof on my phone and a parking slip to proof how long they make you wait. Manager in store will simply ignore you if you are not there. They even make ******* deals i can proof that as well to get their target for the day or week. So if you need stuff they will give it to you.
