Physical and verbal Abuse from lewis stores

A guy with the name of Zola was sent by lewis stores to come to my work place and harass me and even threaten to beat me and swear at me on the 28/09/2018 all because i last paid my account on the 27/08/2018. to make the matter worse the managers at the local branch are not even being helpful and are not attending to this query, and when i call all that they ask me is when am i making a payment. am taking this matter up with the national debt collectors and will also open a case against them with the police.
