<p>My wife purchased sofas on the 11/06/2013, The principal debt is 6,518.18 and the monthly instalment was set to be 373.38. The first instalment was due on the 1/8/2013, she paid 500 but when paying on the 3/9/2013 the account was already in areas of 526.62. She made payments of 400 moving forward but the balance was not going down in any way, on the 2/7/2015 she paid 450 and the balance was -450, and she was later told the account is in arrears again, she paid 450 and suddenly the balance went up to 3,934.90, the arrears of the account is 1,334.50, however on the 3/10/2015 she paid 400 the balance was 4,198.29 and arrears amount of 1,757,88 now the final notice says the balance is 6205.30</p> <p> </p> <p>Account number 0 ********** 56 </p> <p>Account holder TM ZWANE</p>
